Salary Range:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Flexible Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Possession of a valid Alabama Property & Casualty insurance license. Demonstrated success in a sales or customer service role. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and understanding their needs. Comfort and proficiency using technology for sales and client management. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements. Provide clear explanations of policy options and coverage details. Develop personalized insurance proposals that align with client needs. Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements accurately. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a diverse client base. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on client satisfaction.
