PART TIME LEASING SPECIALIST
Part-Time • On-Site • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) If you are a motivated sales professional who loves closing deals, hitting targets, and turning conversations into results, this role is for you. We are looking for a confident, sales-driven Leasing Specialist to support a multifamily apartment community with a strong focus on increasing occupancy through effective sales and prospect conversion. This role is centered on sales performance, follow-up, and relationship building . You will work closely with the Property Manager and receive training on systems, processes, and the product. This is not a passive administrative role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and is eager to grow. Drive Sales Performance Engage and convert prospects through in-person, phone, and virtual interactions Conduct engaging presentations and tours that highlight the value of the community Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and text messaging Build strong product knowledge (pricing, availability, layouts, amenities, and competitors) Support renewal and retention conversations to maintain strong occupancy 2. Deliver a Strong Prospect and Resident Experience Create a confident, professional, and welcoming first impression Handle objections with ease and adaptability Maintain excellent phone, written, and in-person communication Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally 3. Support Daily On-Site Operations Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic administrative support Track sales activity, traffic, and results using internal systems Prepare performance updates and summaries for management Support general on-site operations as needed What We're Looking For Sales experience or a customer-facing role with measurable results Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strong closing skills and consistent follow-up habits Comfortable working in a high-volume, goal-driven environment Coachable, trainable, and eager to learn Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience using CRM or tracking systems is a plus (training provided)
