Job Description

Job Summary Join our growing real estate team as a Showing Agent & Property Operations Coordinator. This role combines residential property showings with leasing support, property coordination, and client service. You will assist prospective buyers and tenants by conducting property tours, answering questions, coordinating appointments, and helping ensure properties remain occupied, well-maintained, and professionally managed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in both real estate sales and property operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Real Estate Showings & Client Support Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key property features and benefits. Coordinate showing schedules with clients, agents, tenants, and vendors. Provide property information, neighborhood insights, school information, and local market knowledge. Assist clients in identifying properties that fit their goals, needs, and budget. Collect and document showing feedback for agents and property owners. Follow up with prospects after showings to answer questions and encourage next steps. Property Management & Leasing Support Assist with rental property marketing, listing updates, and lead management. Respond to rental inquiries and coordinate property tours. Support tenant communication regarding maintenance requests, move-ins, move-outs, and general questions. Coordinate vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs. Help track lease renewals, occupancy status, and property records. Maintain accurate notes and updates within CRM and property management systems. Monitor vacant properties and assist with strategies to reduce vacancy periods. Administrative & Team Support Maintain organized records of client interactions, property activity, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with agents, property owners, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and property promotion when needed. Ensure all activities comply with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local real estate regulations. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple appointments, deadlines, and priorities. Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and property management software. Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one where required). Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, administrative support, or property management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate best practices is preferred. What Success Looks Like Properties are shown promptly and professionally. Buyer and tenant leads receive quick responses and consistent follow-up. Vacancies are minimized through proactive leasing efforts. Maintenance and tenant issues are coordinated efficiently. Clients, tenants, and property owners receive exceptional service and communication. Team members can rely on accurate records, timely updates, and strong operational support.
