This part-time position will work Saturdays only and is responsible for the day-to-day functions for a Foshee owned and/or managed properties. Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

• Respond to site visits or telephone inquiries
• Conduct site tours
• Effectively lease apartments
• Be able to prepare and explain lease-related paperwork
• Increase property traffic levels and work to exceed budgeted occupancy percentages
• Assist in collection, posting and depositing of rental payments
• Assist with ensuring the timely receipt of rental collections and evictions on delinquent residents
• Assist with day to day functions of maintaining an orderly leasing office
• Organize resident functions including parties and newsletters
• All other duties assigned by the Site Property Manager Qualifications /

Experience Necessary:

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 1 year prior leasing experience in the multifamily industry
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with OneSite preferred
• Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines
• Attention to detail and organized
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
