Leasing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and conduct background checks
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
• Collect and process rental payments from residents
• Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain organized and accurate resident files and records
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance with property management policies

Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective residents, current residents, and team members
• Ability to negotiate lease terms, upsell additional services or amenities, and close leasing deals
• Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork, files, and resident records accurately
