Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends to advise clients accurately Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, and maintaining client records with organizational precision Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service Qualifications Proven experience or interest in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency are highly valued Knowledge of marketing techniques and real estate law enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated organizational skills and administrative experience help manage multiple client files efficiently Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations ensures compliance and promotes equitable treatment for all clients Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach to client engagement A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one is advantageous but not mandatory at the outset Embark on an energetic journey in real estate where your passion for helping others meets your drive for success!
