Elite Sales Consultant — Manufactured Housing Fort Smith / River Valley Area Full-Time | Paid Training | High Performance Environment Top performers in this role earn $150,000+ annually. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more out of life and is willing to work for it. About The Role This position combines sales, customer guidance, and relationship building. You will work with high volumes of walk-in traffic and warm leads, helping customers navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You'll guide buyers through the process from start to finish — including: helping explain financing options, monthly payments, and the home-buying process in a professional and trustworthy way. You do not need to know everything on day one. We provide training and teach our systems and processes thoroughly. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, professionalism, urgency, and ability to connect with people.
