Job Description

Job Overview Looking for a new team player to join CVP who is dedicated, hard-working, and has exceptional customer service. We are hiring for 3 positions in our Little Rock and surrounding area properties, visiting properties as needed, marketing, and focusing on touring and leasing apartment homes. Responsibilities Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents. Marketing apartment homes, townhomes, lofts, flats, etc., increasing occupancy and net lease rates Social Media targeting, sales, and exciting customer service personnel Phone calls, scheduling, emailing, file auditing, and apartment showing Front-Face Friendly customer service and strong positive attitude Conduct tours and apartment showings, leasing apartment homes. Answer phone calls, respond to email leads, and update social media. Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention. Participate in determining and executing marketing and advertising strategies. Ensure quality and quantity of make-ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests. Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures. Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards. Perform various administrative responsibilities. Adhere to Fair Housing and Occupancy Standards. Adhere to all aspects of Canyon View Property Training Guide. Canyon View Properties promotes teamwork, and our goal is to hire and retain employees who want to be part of our growing team. Every team member is assigned a primary property but is expected and must be willing to be part of the Regional TEAM and help at all properties in their region when asked to do so. Skills Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with clients. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with prospective tenants. Proficient in conflict management to resolve issues amicably. Solid administrative skills for maintaining organized records and documentation. Knowledge of property management practices is preferred. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for potential tenants. Office proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and communication. Understanding of legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school graduate At least two years of experience in relevant customer service Able to work weekends Word, Excel, and Outlook
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule:
Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Hours may fluctuate and increase or decrease as needed during peak summer months (or as mandated by your Regional Managers).
