Marketing Full Job Description Job Overview:

Luxe 30 Apartments is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the leasing activities and resident relations of our apartment community.

Duties:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
• Process lease applications and renewals
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
• Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

• Proficiency in office software applications
• Understanding of property management processes
