Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, offering tours and showcasing the beauty and amenities of The Pointe Brodie Creek. Assist with leasing activities , including marketing the property, processing applications, and executing leases. Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service to both residents and prospective tenants. Collaborate with the Community Director to help manage the property efficiently. Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company policies . Support daily administrative tasks and help with resident requests.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year of leasing experience in a luxury multi-family property management environment . Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting. A professional, customer-service focused attitude with the drive to achieve leasing goals.
