Schedule:

5 day work week with split days off, all dealerships closed Sundays.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive commission-based pay plan, allowing you to earn based on your sales performance. With uncapped earning potential, your hard work and dedication will directly impact your income. Your monthly income can range from $3,800 - $6,500 or more! Benefits to

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs. Conduct Test Drives and present vehicle features to potential customers Discuss terms of sale to close deal effectively Maintain a positive relationship with customers by providing excellent follow - up. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Our Ideal Candidate and Experience:
