Real Estate Administrative & Operations Assistant BenchMark Real Estate Team |
Greater Phoenix Area Job Type:
Full Time | W-2 Employee | $35,000 - $40,000 per year + Bonuses Available
ABOUT US
BenchMark Real Estate Team is a growing real estate team serving buyers and sellers across the Greater Phoenix market. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while building long-term relationships and helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused individual to join us as a Real Estate Administrative & Operations Assistant — a hybrid role spanning client relations, transaction support, marketing, and daily operations. This is an incredible opportunity to grow inside the real estate industry and work closely alongside a Top 4% Arizona REALTOR®.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Calendar, inbox, and CRM management Listing coordination and MLS management Transaction support and document management Client experience from first contact through post-closing Showing support, open house setup, and inspection coordination Social media management, Canva graphics, and marketing campaigns Client appreciation events, pop-bys, and gifting coordination Expense tracking, invoicing, and financial organization
COMPENSATION & BONUSES
$35,000 to $40,000 base salary depending on experience Bonuses available based on performance and team production Referral commission program — Year 1: 20% • Years 2-3: 35% • Year 4+: 50% Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Direct mentorship from a Top 4% Arizona REALTOR®
CAREER GROWTH
This role is designed with long-term growth in mind. As the team expands, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Transaction Coordinator, Operations Manager, or key leadership support role — with increased responsibility and stronger earning potential.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch Two weekends on per month, two weekends off per month Occasional evenings may be required for events and client needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Arizona real estate license preferred; willing to support the right candidate in obtaining one within 30 days of hire Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable multitasking Professional appearance and reliable transportation required Looking for a long-term opportunity, not a short-term stepping stone
