Position Information Leasing Consultant 374 Units Who You Are To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills Previous leasing / property management experience a plus Customer service oriented Strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft office Outgoing and friendly Must be well versed in Federal Fair Housing/ADA Laws/The Landlord Tenant Act Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred Experience with Yardi software A Day in the Life Show prospects and applicants model or ready apartment homes. Answer phones / respond to emails. Complete files and submit for approval.
