We're seeking a driven, client-focused individual to join us as a Real Estate Agent Apprentice . This role offers an immersive, hands-on experience designed to take you beyond exam theory and guide you toward full professional expertise in every aspect of real estate. You'll engage in in-depth discovery meetings, property assessments, and gain essential skills in strategic marketing and negotiation needed to successfully close sales. This opportunity provides a comprehensive, 360-degree education in the real estate business. We want someone who aspires to more than just holding a license—someone eager to build a lasting career grounded in expert knowledge and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
