Real Estate Investment / Wholesaling About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a fully in-office position — not remote . You will work directly with motivated sellers, analyze deals, and negotiate purchase contracts that align with our investment criteria. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to people, and are hungry to close deals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Speak with motivated property sellers via phone, text, and in-person follow-ups Qualify leads and gather accurate property and seller information Analyze deals using ARV, repairs, and investment metrics Present and negotiate purchase offers Secure signed purchase agreements Update CRM/Podio with detailed and accurate notes Coordinate with the Dispositions and Transaction Coordination teams Attend in-office meetings, trainings, and deal reviews Requirements Must be able to work in-office (this is NOT a remote role) Sales experience required (real estate sales preferred but not required) Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls Goal-oriented, competitive, and money-motivated Strong attention to detail and follow-through Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Workspace, spreadsheets) Preferred (Nice to Have) Real estate wholesaling or investment experience Familiarity with REsimpli or similar CRM Understanding of ARV, comps, and repair estimates Background in cold calling or inside sales Compensation & Benefits Base pay + commission per closed deal Uncapped earning potential Structured training and onboarding Clear growth path within the company Supportive team environment with proven systems Why Join Us Work directly with decision-makers High deal volume and strong lead flow Performance-based culture — results are rewarded Stable, in-office role with long-term growth potentialPay:
