Position Summary The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant supports leasing operations across two or more apartment communities. This role provides leasing assistance, customer service, and administrative support to multiple sites, helping to achieve occupancy goals and maintain resident satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct leasing tours highlighting community features, available units, and apartment amenities for prospective residents across assigned communities Process rental applications, screenings, and lease documentation. Explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and application procedures Respond to resident and prospect inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with lease renewals and resident retention activities Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, rental rates, occupancy, accurate leasing records, and files for all assigned sites Support marketing efforts and resident engagement initiatives. Monitor local competition including pricing trends, occupancy, and amenities to support leasing strategies Travel between communities regularly to provide on-site leasing support Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Collaborate with leasing managers and community managers to meet occupancy targets Non-Essential Duties Assist with resident events and community outreach as needed Participating in team huddles Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Participate in company training and professional development programs Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of leasing or property management experience Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in property management software (i.e., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practices Ability to travel regularly between assigned communities Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as necessary Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in related field Experience supporting multiple property sites Work Environment and Physical Requirements This role requires travel between multiple apartment communities. Frequently walks property areas including stairs and outdoor spaces Uses standard office equipment and mobile devices Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members in person and electronically May be exposed to various weather conditions during property visits Company Values All team members are expected to uphold and model our core values: Integrity
