Responsibilities:

Stay updated on local real estate trends and pricing to provide clients with accurate and timely information. Coordinate and conduct property showings, offering insights and advice to help clients evaluate their options. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for favorable terms and smooth transactions. Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood. Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and managing contracts smoothly. Familiarity with local real estate trends and pricing, providing clients with accurate and timely information. Ability to coordinate and conduct property showings, offering valuable insights to clients. Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
