Bilingual Cold Calling Specialist (English/Spanish) - Real Estate Appointment Setter Published on the January 20, 2026 in Sales & Marketing About this project We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Cold Calling Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to join our fast-growing real estate investment firm. Based in Miami, FL, we specialize in assisting families with inherited property situations, providing professional and integrity-driven solutions. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our prospective sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage individuals who have recently inherited a property, build rapport, and set appointments for our acquisition specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Proactively contact individuals from provided lead lists who have recently inherited a property. All calls will be conducted through our GoHighLevel CRM system.
Spark Interest & Build Rapport:
Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations. Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, effectively explain our services, and generate interest in our offerings for inherited properties.
Overcome Objections:
Confidently address and navigate questions, concerns, and hesitations from prospects with empathy and persuasive communication techniques.
Set Appointments or Live Transfers:
Successfully secure appointments for interested prospects to speak directly with an acquisition specialist, or facilitate live transfers to ensure a smooth handover of warm leads.
Record & Collaborate:
Maintain accurate and detailed call notes and update prospect information within the GoHighLevel CRM. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and informed experience for all prospects. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales, a knack for engaging conversations, and the drive to turn potential leads into valuable opportunities for our real estate organization.
