Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Listing Specialist to manage and maintain product listings for VaporDNA on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have experience uploading, organizing, and optimizing product data while ensuring inventory accuracy and a seamless customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and manage product listings within Shopify. Upload product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and variants. Maintain accurate inventory records and synchronize physical inventory with Shopify inventory management systems. Organize product collections, categories, tags, and navigation structures. Ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and consistently formatted. Monitor stock levels and update product availability as inventory changes. Perform routine audits to identify and correct listing errors, duplicate products, or missing information. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to keep product information current. Optimize product pages for improved search visibility and user experience. Assist with bulk product uploads and catalog management projects. Qualifications Previous experience managing product listings on Shopify. Proficient general computer skills Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and inventory management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working with spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently. Strong written communication skills for creating and editing product descriptions. Vape industry or vape product knowledge is prefeed but not required. Preferred Experience Shopify product management and inventory tracking. Product categorization, tagging, and collection management. Basic SEO knowledge for product listings. Comfortable managing both physical inventory records and digital product catalogs.
