Our intentions? WR Properties is hiring licensed real estate agents in the East Bay who want consistent lead opportunities, hands-on support, and a collaborative brokerage environment. We are a Zillow Flex partner (5+ yeats) and provide our agents with live buyer call-transfer opportunities, CRM tools, weekly training, and broker support. Responsibilities Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing Manage our fully built-out and customized FUB CRM to help you convert Zillow Flex Leads and optimize your Personal/SOI Database Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up Qualifications Active CA Real Estate Salesperson License Required (preferably 1+ year experience) Full-time (preferred) Agents that fits our ACE Core Values (Accountable, Coachable, Ethical) Join our team today and take your career in real estate to new heights! •Compensation is commission-based.
