What You'll Do:

Speak with clients to understand their situation and needs Evaluate property opportunities and present tailored solutions Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships Follow up consistently to move deals through the pipeline Negotiate and close real estate transactions Track activity and progress using company systems

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience preferred (inside or outside sales) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Comfortable speaking with people daily (phone and in person) Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour (W2) Commission on all closed deals Typical earnings range: $60,000

• 120,000+ annually (uncapped)
