Job Description

We are seeking a newly licensed real estate agent—or someone nearing completion of their pre-licensing coursework—who is eager to build a strong foundation in real estate within a structured Los Angeles office environment while earning competitive commissions. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who value clear guidance, hands-on training, and the chance to develop practical skills early in their career while collaborating with experienced agents in a fast-paced, active office. You will gain hands-on experience working with both buyers and sellers through practical training centered on communication, market knowledge, and consistent daily activity. By training alongside experienced agents, you will build confidence in client interactions, strengthen your understanding of contracts, and develop the habits needed for long-term success. With ongoing guidance, mentorship, and proven systems, you will learn how to stay organized, improve follow-up, and confidently generate and manage transactions from beginning to end. Compensation:
$145,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Lead generation Attend training Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data Set appointments Close sales Sales talk mastery
Qualifications:
