You will learn to guide buyers through each stage of the purchase process, learn to conduct consultations, and learn to manage communication from first conversations through closing. Working within proven systems and team-supported resources, you will stay organized, build consistency, and strengthen your ability to create and manage your pipeline. With support from experienced agents and ongoing coaching, you will learn to stay consistent with daily activity, improve follow-through, and build confidence in your client interactions while developing long-term habits that support growth in real estate. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Lead follow-up Team and individual sales Training Follow the team plan Set buyer appointments Lead follow-up Execute consultations BRE signed Close sales CRM and database mastery Sales scripts
Qualifications:
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Good communication Sales experience About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
