Key Responsibilities:
Engage with and nurture leads from our premium lead system. Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections. Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities. Quick-thinking with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Active real estate agent's or broker's license.
