JOB DUTIES
Assist mainly the Broker with administrative tasks and daily operations Assist with social media management, creation, and online marketing efforts Effectively make outbound calls and log interaction in CRM Manage and organize paperwork, including contracts, leases, and other documents Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses Maintain and update listings on various real estate websites and platforms Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients and potential buyers Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends Prepare marketing materials such as brochures and flyers Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
SCHEDULE
M-F (30 hours a week)
RATE:
$20/Hourly
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
