Job Description
Job Summary Real Estate Eight Three One is expanding and adding to our team. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with strong communication skills and the desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, The position requires the following skills: Current California Real Estate License Facilitate the Move in and Move out process with tenants Present and explain rental documents to tenants Show properties to prospective tenants Familiarity with Fair Housing laws Address tenant inquiries promptly via phone or in person while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Coordinate with Maintenance manager on any maintenance needs Strong understanding of Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 policies, and legal contract procedures. Demonstrated customer service excellence with effective phone etiquette and conflict management abilities. Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, contract review, and office procedures. Office experience with proficiency in property management focused customer relationship management (CRM) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records for audit and documentation purposes Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while providing exceptional service to tenants and clients.
