This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support real estate agents by showcasing properties, engaging with clients, and helping facilitate successful transactions. As a Showing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable property experiences for prospective buyers while honing your skills in negotiation, customer service, and real estate marketing. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive our mission to connect clients with their dream homes efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Accompany prospective tenants or buyers on property showings, providing detailed information about each listing Assist agents in preparing properties for showings, including ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored property options Coordinate scheduling of showings with clients, agents, and property owners while managing calendars efficiently Gather feedback from clients after showings to help refine marketing strategies and improve service quality Stay informed about local market trends, property features, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate information Support administrative tasks such as updating property listings, managing client databases, and maintaining organized records Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices is a plus Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse client bases Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing schedules and documentation effectively Basic understanding of marketing strategies relevant to real estate listings Administrative experience within a real estate or related field is preferred Join us as a Real Estate Showing Assistant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences!
