Responsibilities:

List and market residential real estate properties. Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with both buyers and sellers. Present compelling listing value propositions to potential sellers. Guide and advise clients through every important step of the real estate buying or selling process. Dedicate yourself to working diligently for clients, ensuring a fruitful outcome. Educate clients on the latest changes in the real estate industry, specifically focusing on buyer agencies.

Qualifications:

An active real estate license is a must for this position . Residing in or around Chino, CA, an Office is required for in-person training and meetings. Being available Full-Time to handle lead calls as they come in. Willingness to actively engage in a comprehensive training program tailored for success. Embracing a team-oriented mindset that encourages sharing knowledge. Displaying enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and energetic environment. Availability to assist both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
