What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct engaging property tours tailored to each community's unique lifestyle and amenities Build rapport quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience Follow up consistently to convert leads into applications and signed leases Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in Prepare applications, lease agreements, and related documentation accurately Maintain organized prospect and resident records Collaborate with onsite teams to support occupancy goals and daily operations What We're Looking For Previous apartment leasing experience is required Luxury, conventional, affordable, student housing, or lease-up experience all welcome Proven ability to close leases and achieve leasing goals Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and property management systems Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar software Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at various locations throughout San Diego County Weekend availability What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay Opportunities across a diverse portfolio of communities Assignments that align with your background, strengths, and career goals Immediate openings throughout San Diego County Support from an experienced team dedicated to your success If you're an experienced Leasing Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with a variety of communities, we want to hear from you.
