Leasing Agent Overview:
We are seeking an Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment and contribute to the success of our property management team.
Duties:
  • Support the Property Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks related to property management.
  • Assist in lease administration, including lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant communication.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of facilities management, Appfolio software, and real estate laws is a plus.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining property files.
