Key Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate properties using live-connection leads. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Conduct market analysis to determine property value for high-intent consumers. Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures and market trends. Requirements:
