Role:

MGR Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and execute purchase and lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients. Manage transactions from initial engagement through closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (required) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Professional communication skills with a focus on fostering positive working relationships across all parties.
