Responsibilities Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and lead generation Naturally adept at handling objections ️ Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service Collaborative team player Licensed real estate professional Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication abilities Growth-oriented and eager to learn ️ Highly organized ️ Open to mastering scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About-our-team At Cruz Living, we're on a mission to redefine the real estate experience—for both our clients and our agents.
