Job Description
JD Home Rentals is seeking to hire a bilingual Leasing Agent . This is a full-time position that requires a 40 hour work week. Please do not apply if you are unable to work Monday
- Friday, 8:30 AM
- 5:30 PM.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish Must have own reliable vehicle Must have a valid Ca.Drivers License Job Duties:
Check properties and make sure they are within city codes Serve notices ( 3- days, 30
- days, 60
- days, collection notices) Show properties to prospective tenants Complete Move-Out and Move
- In paper-work with new tenants Ensure vacant units are safely secured This position pays hourly and by mileage.
