Our long-term strategy includes being a premier local homebuilder that maintains our character as a family-based company while expanding our presence throughout Central California with various communities that appeal to multiple demographics.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process 50 or more open escrows at a time.
Review Purchase Agreements:
Verify price, forms, addendums, disclosures, options, color selections, loan application package.- Submit credit package to Mortgage Company. Monitor progress of loan.
- Open Escrow with Title Company. Preliminary title reports are ordered for mortgage company, a statement of identity is checked by the Title Company. Track all deposits due and into escrow.
- Verify and approve option requests. Submit to accounting, sales counselors. Provide construction with options and color chart selections. Verify color chart selections for completeness (all upgrades are paid for by homeowners). Send to field and trade partners.
- Update sales reports for all current sales.
