About the Opportunity At Chambers Property Management, we believe leasing is more than simply posting vacancies online and waiting for applicants. We approach every available property like a growth opportunity. That means strategic marketing, strong follow-up systems, optimized listings, and consistent performance tracking. We're looking for someone who understands how to generate interest, attract qualified renters, and help drive occupancy across our portfolio. "I think like a marketer" Primary Responsibilities Leasing & Marketing Build and manage rental listings across platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace Write compelling property descriptions designed to increase inquiries and applications Evaluate pricing competitiveness using local market data and comparable rentals Coordinate property photos, staging recommendations, and listing presentation quality Assist with digital advertising campaigns for more challenging vacancies Monitor listing performance and adjust strategies to improve visibility and lead flow Lead Management & Leasing Respond to prospective tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate and conduct property showings Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective renters Guide qualified applicants through the leasing process Support efforts to reduce vacancy time across the portfolio What Success Looks Like Lower average days on market Strong lead generation across listing platforms Improved lead-to-lease conversion rates High occupancy levels throughout the portfolio Consistent execution and follow-through
Compensation Base Pay:
$22-$30/hour DOE Performance bonuses available based on leasing volume and portfolio performance Additional incentives may be tied to: Leasing volume Reduced vacancy timelines Listing performance metrics Tenant retention and placement quality High-performing team members in this role may earn $70,000-$90,000+ annually through combined hourly pay and incentives. QualificationsPreferred Experience Leasing, property management, real estate, or marketing experience Familiarity with rental listing platforms and online lead generation Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Additional Experience That Stands Out Paid advertising experience (Facebook or Instagram) Experience improving online listing performance Comfortable working with marketing analytics and conversion-focused strategies Why This Role Is Different Many leasing positions focus only on filling units.
