Job Description To provide exceptional customer service and support resident retention To manage front desk operations and assist residents with daily requests To program key fobs and troubleshoot basic technology needs To manage the postal locker system To conduct leasing tours, sales, and closing to increase occupancy Required Qualifications Apartment industry/multifamily leasing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Technology‑savvy and comfortable with electronic systems Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Ability to multitask in a luxury, high‑traffic environment Bilingual Spanish/English Schedule & Pay Monday
