You will be part of a high performing office where an active residential division creates consistent in house commercial referrals, giving you real opportunities as you develop your skills. You will learn to collaborate with both commercial agents and residential agents while managing opportunities across multiple asset types. You will learn to evaluate properties, understand income potential, communicate with owners and investors, and navigate higher value transactions. The focus is on building confidence and credibility through real conversations and systems that drive production in commercial real estate. You will work alongside experienced commercial agents who provide direct mentorship and coaching. The environment is collaborative and performance focused, built for individuals who want to grow within commercial real estate and continue developing through consistent activity and learning. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissionsResponsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Lead follow-up Commercial lead generation Real estate sales Database campaigns Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals Set and execute appointments Close sales Sales script masteryQualifications:
