Compensation:
$50,000 +
Commission Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, past clients, and sphere contacts to generate new business Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs, goals, motivation, and timeline Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, open houses, networking, and database follow-up Guide buyers through the home search, showing, offer, and closing process with confidence and professionalism Stay current on local market trends, inventory, pricing, neighborhoods, and community information Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up to ensure strong communication and lead conversion Participate in team training, coaching, meetings, and accountability to continuously improve performance
Qualifications:
Active California Real Estate license required Previous real estate sales experience required Strong prospecting, follow-up, and lead conversion skills Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable to goals Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools Excellent communication and client service skills About Company Delivering Dream Homes Since 1978!
