What You'll Do As a FLIPUR Agent , you'll play a critical role in our acquisition and disposition pipeline. You'll work directly with our investors, acquisition team, and dispo team, and other agents to ensure smooth, profitable transactions.
Daily:
Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team (MLS & off-market) Build a pipeline of active investors through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building Use Flipur's consistent deal flow and market insights to match buyers with strong investment opportunities Coordinate showings, negotiate pricing, and guide deals from initial interest to successful closing Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with urgency, accuracy, and communication Collaborate closely with acquisitions, transaction coordination, and leadership Excel in a high-volume, performance-driven environment that rewards consistency and results Requirements Active CA Real Estate License Willingness to work in our office in Huntington Beach Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience drafting offers, writing counter offers, and managing listings High energy, self-motivated, and growth-minded
