WHAT WE NEED
We're looking for ambitious, full-time real estate professionals who see this as a career, not a side job or part-time job. You must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California (required). You are highly coachable and committed to a client-focused, fiduciary mindset. You are driven to achieve high-level sales results .
YOUR UPSIDE EARNING POTENTIAL

HIGH-YIELD MODEL
Our systems are built to put highly motivated agents on track to earn $100,000+ in Gross Commission Income (GCI) in their first year. Your earning potential is upside.
Compensation:
$91,000
  • $220,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers. Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a real estate purchase or sale. Work Hard For Clients And Reap The Rewards.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License. Must reside in or around the Orange County Office
