Responsibilities Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host two open houses each monthTransform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointmentsEngage in weekly script practice following team guidelinesActively participate in team events and activitiesDedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner CallsAdvise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️
