We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career in acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, and learning how to create consistent momentum within a collaborative real estate environment. You will gain hands-on experience learning how to identify potential acquisition opportunities, connect with property owners and investors, present offers, and help move transactions from the initial conversation through closing. Compensation:
$155,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed A real estate license is required Commission opportunity Sales experience Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
