If you enjoy working with people, creating great first impressions, and helping others find a place to call home, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
Tour prospective residents and showcase our community Respond to calls, emails, and online inquiries Assist with applications and leasing process Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents Create and follow up on work orders to ensure maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner Follow up with residents regarding lease renewals and assist with the renewal process Monitor and follow up on renter's insurance compliance Maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, and specials
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills Sales and customer service experience (leasing experience is a plus!) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
