Job Description

Luxury Real Estate Agent We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful career within the luxury real estate market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for agents who value guidance, accountability, and consistent opportunities through a team environment connected to the Zillow Premier Flex program. You will learn to work with active buyers and sellers, improve client communication, and strengthen follow-up habits that help create long-term success. Through daily conversations, lead management, and hands-on experience, you will continue developing the skills needed to perform at a higher level within a competitive luxury market. This opportunity provides access to proven systems, mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced real estate professionals. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Prospect for new leads to promote new business Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Qualifications:
