Responsibilities:

Lead by example through active production and consistent client service Collaborate with team leadership on growth strategy and agent development Support recruiting conversations and attract experienced agents Mentor newer agents through contracts, negotiations, and client communication Contribute to training sessions and skill development meetings Review transactions for accuracy and best practice guidance Help strengthen systems that support accountability and performance Represent the team professionally in the marketplace and community

Qualifications:
