Real Estate / Associate / Los Angeles

Polsinelli is seeking an associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Los Angeles (Century City) office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will possess at least four years of transactional real estate experience in any one (or more) of the following areas: acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and mortgage and mezzanine financing (borrower and/or lender side). Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who are looking to contribute meaningfully to a growing team; collaborative and open to mentorship while demonstrating the initiative to manage and support (and eventually develop) client relationships. Compensation:

Salary will range between $290,000 - $420,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
