You will learn to source and evaluate properties using clear investment criteria, manage seller conversations with professionalism, and move opportunities from first contact through closing. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions Great communication About Company Our team is rapidly expanding!
