Job Description

Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support a senior apartment community in Wildomar, California. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire based on performance. The ideal candidate enjoys working with residents, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily leasing and administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide community tours Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries Assist with leasing applications, move-ins, and lease documentation Maintain accurate resident files and databases Support property management with administrative tasks and reporting Handle resident requests and provide exceptional customer service Assist with marketing and occupancy efforts Qualifications Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; property management software a plus) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Experience in senior housing or affordable housing is a plus Required Work Hours Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends!) Additional Details Salary Range:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
