This is a sales-driven role where you'll be connecting with buyers and investors, marketing off-market deals, and negotiating contracts that close. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, and wants to build a real career in real estate investing, this is your shot. No prior experience? No problem — we'll train the right person from the ground up. What You'll Do Prospect, build, and grow a solid buyer network Reach out to investors and buyers to pitch and market off-market properties Negotiate offers with investors and push deals across the finish line Submit offers and actively manage your pipeline and buyer network Keep your CRM organized and your buyer list sharp and current Hit your daily KPIs and consistently track your performance metrics What We're Looking For We are searching for individuals who not only view this as a job — but also an opportunity.
